I liked:
Our departure from Barcelona to NYC was delayed due to Hurricane Irene. Delta Airlines arranged forus to stay at Resance. We were received warmly and treated like royalty....Everyone from the bell hop to the dining room/cafe staff were just wonderful...Willing to go above and beyond to facilitate our stay. The accomodations were superb. Clean, neat, and roomy. I especially want to thank the front desk staff...Check in, Concierge, etc....extremely accomodating...We were able to enjoy/explore Barcelone even more because the anxiety and stress was relieved by the staff. Thank you! Ciao Antonio.

I liked:
We were stranded in Barcelona following the volcanic activity in Iceland. We were originally sent to this hotel by Easyjet and had to extend our stay further until flights to the UK resumed.
The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout. Rooms and food are of a high standard. The complimentary transport to & from the airport and the city were excellent. Highly recommended!
